Supply Chain Foundations & Malta's Logistics Ecosystem Understand how products move from supplier to customer and identify the role of procurement, transport, freight forwarding, customs, warehousing and inventory within Malta'simport-dependent economy.

Warehousing & Inventory Management Learn warehouse processes, stock control, inventory accuracy and essential warehouse safety practices through practical inventory exercises.

Procurement & Sourcing Understand the purchase-to-pay cycle, supplier evaluation and the practical application of INCOTERMS to international purchasing.

Transport & Freight Operations Understand international freight operations and produce a consistent shipping documentation package for a realistic shipment.

Customs, Compliance & EU Trade Regulations Learn the fundamentals of customs clearance and complete a simplified customs declaration using shipment information from the previous module.

Supply Chain Technology & Digital Tools Develop practical spreadsheet skills and understand how WMS, ERP, barcode, RFID and inventory systems support modern logistics operations.

Health & Safety, Sustainability & Forklift Licence Pathway Develop workplace safety awareness, identify warehouse risks and explore sustainability practices and the professional pathway toward forklift licensing in Malta.

Career Pathway & Logistics Capstone Convert practical logistics competence into employability through CV preparation, interview training, a complete operational capstone and final portfolio review.
